Payment Options
Payment is accepted online by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal account.
Payment is also accepted by direct transfer into our bank account, or by cheque (cheques must be cleared before order is processed).
Delivery Time & Charges
Shipping $12 per item. Items with a price of $150 and over incur a higher shipping fee of $20 per item.
- Brisbane City and Suburbs - Same day delivery. Orders must be placed and confirmed by 10.00am
- Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast - Next day delivery. Orders must be placed and confirmed by 12noon.
- North Queensland - 1-3 day delivery.
- NSW - 1-3 day delivery.
- ACT/SA/ACT - 2-3 day delivery.
- WA/TAS - 3-10 day delivery.
Deliveries are made by courier Monday to Friday only. No deliveries are made on Public Holidays. Deliveries are generally made during business hours. We use reputable courier companies and we rely on these companies to make the deliveries on our behalf. We make every effort to deliver your gift basket on the day that you request, but this is not always possible, due to circumstances our of our control.
Please provide a street address for all deliveries.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to our schedule.
Substitution Policy
If products are unavailable due to stock or seasonal fluctuations, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Sale of Liquor
A limit of 2 litres of liquor per basket is a condition our Liquor License. Under the Liquor Act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. All baskets containing liquor must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. A basket containing liquor cannot be requested to be left on the premises if no-one is in attendance at the premises.
